What’s your company’s story?
FamilySparks is a for-profit, social impact company with the mission of providing mental wellness solutions that improve lives. We were founded by Dr. Jillian Roberts – a child psychologist for over 20 years, an author, a professor and mom to three children. Her clinical expertise and down-to-earth ideology are the foundation for our work. We are committed to disrupting the mental health space by providing digitally-driven, clinically-based solutions that meaningfully change lives.
What are you most proud of in the work that you do?
We create a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients and their families. We are currently rocking an NPS of 100 for the positive impact of our mental wellness-focused employee assistance program.
If your team had a theme song, what would it be and why?
The A Team – because we get shit done.
What are some hopes and dreams for your company?
We are committed to disrupting mental health care for the better and improving mental wellness right here in Victoria, across Canada and beyond. We have an innovative, creative, passionate and hard-working team that is dedicated to realizing our vision to stamp out mental health stigma and see people treating their mental wellness with equal importance and value as their physical health.
